  • Duly filled, signed pdf copy of the Nomination form should be emailed to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] by 23.08.21 till 1700 hrs.
  • Hard copy can be sent to SEPC office address as mentioned above.
  • Any nomination form received after the due time and date will be treated as invalid.
  • Incomplete proposal form (even in case of missing signatures) shall be treated as invalid.
  • Only a member can propose the name of another member from his own services category. Proposing a name of a member from another category will be treated as invalid.
  • Last date for withdrawal of the nomination form is 27th August 2021 till 1700 hrs.
